Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks.
Complete the Wellness Form one day prior to your appointment (a link will be sent to you with your appointment reminder email/text).
Teeth must be brushed before coming to the office. Our brushing station is closed.
Our waiting area is currently closed. Please text us at 510.482.0600 upon arrival to check-in and remain in your car. We will let you know when we are ready for you.
Please wear a mask or a face covering when entering the office and use the hand sanitizer provided.
Only patients with appointments may enter the office unless otherwise specified by the doctor(s).
Your temperature will be taken by a touchless thermometer at the entrance. We will need to reschedule the visit if you have a fever.
You will be asked to use a pre-procedural mouth rinse prior to starting any treatment.
To minimize in-office traffic, please don’t stop by the front desk. After leaving, please call the office to schedule the follow-up appointment(s).
